CourtzApp application

The app is licensed per academy, for the duration and modules on your licence. A licence covers the academy's own desk PC, phones and displays.
Licences are activated with a signed key we issue. Transferring a licence to another academy requires our written agreement.
Your data is yours. It lives on your machines; take backups — we cannot recover data we never hold.
The software is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the licence fee paid.

CourtzApp Tournaments

Accounts are free; a tournament is configured free as a draft and activated with a package to go live. One activation covers one tournament.
Completed tournaments remain readable to their owner. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of entries and results they publish.

Payments

Licence and package payments are agreed directly with us (bank transfer / UPI). Fees already paid are not refundable once a licence is issued or a tournament is activated, except where required by law.
