Last updated: October 2026. We keep this short because there isn't much to tell — that's the point of the product.
courtz.app is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no sign-up forms. If you email us, we use your message to reply to you and for nothing else.
CourtzApp runs on your academy's own computers and phones. Your bookings, members, billing and reports are stored locally with you and sync over your own network. We do not receive, host or process your academy's data. Backups you create (including Google Drive backups) go to storage you control.
tournaments.courtz.app stores the data you enter to run a tournament: account details (name, phone or email), tournament structure, entries and scores. Public tournaments show names and results on their public pages — that is their purpose. Player career records appear only for tournaments whose organizer enabled it, and profile contact details are visible only to signed-in organizers. Write to us to have an account or its data removed.
